Professional Organizer with 20 years in operations & office management
Baljit Siekham founded Alchemy Organizing to help clients solve the day-to-day inefficiencies, environmental deficiencies, and physical clutter that are preventing growth and performance.
With over 20 years of experience in operations and office management, Baljit is an expert in streamlining workflows and procedures. Having worked in teams and offices, both large and small, she has seen it all and can relate to any client’s circumstance.
It is not uncommon for the process of organization to cause distress and anxiety, and fear can get in the way of tackling the problem effectively. As a trained and certified life coach, Baljit finds joy in being able to energize her clients, cut through distractions, guide them through decision-making, and focus on what’s essential to see the job done while making the process a pleasant one.
Key to her success is tailoring each solution to work for her clients. Whether it be a particular type of filing system or a custom workflow process, Baljit creates solutions that are convenient and simple for clients to adopt and maintain long-term. She achieves this through listening to their needs and frustrations, and uncovering the root of the problem.
Outside organizing people, Baljit is passionate about volunteering and helping in her community. She’s been involved in a number of charities and non-profit organizations over the years, including:
- Dress For Success
- Easter Seals Club
- United Girls of the World
- Abbotsford Food Bank
- Vancouver Review Magazine
- Women Empowering Women
Baljit has also been engaged in various professional associations and networks:
